Our Return Policy for Garments Stock Lots wholesale is designed to provide a hassle-free and transparent process for our valued clients. If you need to return or exchange bulk orders, please follow the guidelines below:
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping: Clients are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of returned items.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned items, they will be inspected for compliance with our return policy. Upon approval, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that restocking fees may apply.
Exchanges: For exchanges, please specify the desired replacement items. If the requested items are unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
